This is our second time staying here and we will be coming back every year! We come to watch my best friend and her husband race at Brainerd International. The only complaint was when we went down for breakfast, we still had about 10 minutes before it ended but they were cleaning it out and unplugged the waffle maker in the middle of making a waffle, they took the syrup and utensils away while it was clear we were still getting our breakfast. Other than that, it was perfect!!

It was a very nice stay for the family! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Main area of hotel was well kept. The waterpark was worth the price as well, not overly expensive. The only thing is for the pool to be a little warmer. It was fairly chill. Otherwise great stay!

We have stayed here a few times and have never had an issue. It was a Sunday afternoon and check in was at 4. We (and others) were trying to check in around 4:30. We were told to have a seat and would have a 15 minute wait for our room to be ready. After waiting 45 minutes, we checked at the desk (near where we were sitting) and found out our room was ready! We were wondering how long we would have sat there if we wouldn't have asked. There was a family of 5 who had been waiting over an hour before we arrived. We were disappointed this time around, but the rest of the stay was good.

We liked the rustic/cabin like atmosphere. The room was nice and the water park was great for the kids. Although the food was good at the restaurant, the service was extremely slow. Our grandkids had their meals and had finished before my wife and I even received our meals. The hotel could probably benefit with some upgrades, maybe paint and new linnen and matresses also.
