Thon Hotel Brussels Airport

It was positive that the bed was comfortable. Negative points: 1. first night was a bit too cold, next night was much warmer, and third night was far too hot in the room. This, without me mentioning it or asking for change. 2. TV only has Belgium channels. 3. They claim you get a bonus if you do not have the room made up. They forgot it in the first morning, and waiter at the restaurant could not help me. Next night I ate out, and then there was no way to redeem the bonus vouchers, just because of the red tape of "you should have redeemed them at the restaurant".

An very expensive stay

Judge by yourself these are facts about my experience. Great welcome by the receptionist who had a great sense of humor. They say: Our cosy rooms are not enormous. I call a 12sq.meters room (including the bathroom) TINY! Their free shuttle bus is ONLY limited to some short periods of time. Otherwise add 20 Euros extra to/from airport. The bathroom is very basic (old bathtub with 2 big enamel chips) and no hooks to hung towels/clothes. No complementary 'breakfast' or coffee offered if you leave too early. (Some hotel have coffee/tea machine for free in the hall). A price tag of 258 Euros (+6 Euros city tax).
