We stayed on the 4th floor. Room was clean and comfortable. There was definitely some noise from above early in the morning, but not terrible. There is a Starbucks, Sheetz, and a great breakfast place next door. We did have a strange experience where we came back to our room during the afternoon and the door was cracked open, one of the TV’s was on. They were cleaning the room next door, so we asked if they had been inside our room, but no one seemed to know why the door was open. That was a little concerning.

The only things that were detractors was that the sink drain in room 204 was slow and there was a HUGE spot in the middle of the living room floor - everything else was excellent!!!!

We arrived after check-in time to be told we would have to wait another 30 mins because they were short cleaning staff and the rooms were not cleaned yet. There were many families in the lobby waiting to be checked in. 30 mins went by and we were all still waiting. Then another employee, possibly the manager came out and started checking people in. The young man originally behind the desk did not seem like he knew what to do. We had wanted to get checked in and be on our way, we had to get going so that delayed our plans for the evening. We were impressed with the hotel, cleanliness and overall facility, but displeased with how the check-in was handled. Price was good.

Property was nice. Great facilities for pets and breakfast was decent. Only issue was with the outside of windows were filthy with moths etc looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Couldn’t look out the windows.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Xavier at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. He recommended places to eat and was one of the most professional employees I have ever met. The breakfast was nice and I definitely would stay here again.

The hotel and property was clean, quiet, and safe. There is a lounge area, pet (dog) area, and a business workstation in the main lobby. The room was a spacious suite, very clean, with a sectional sofa, comfortable beds, a microwave and coffee/tea station with a refrigerator. There is a desk on the same wall as the large TV and a spacious closet. The USB/electrical outlet bank + clock is on the nightstand, with reading spotlights and bedside lights for each bed. There is plenty of lighting in the room. The water pressure in the shower is quite low. You have to request housekeeping if you want it daily, since the policy is that they will not come every day. The free breakfast was decent. There is lots of well lit parking, and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is also family and pet (dog) friendly.
