The receptionist was really nice and helpful, helped us make arrangements for a taxi and talked us through the facilities etc

Lovely, modern hotel!

The room was lovely! Very cosy for 2. Staff was very welcoming and there was plenty of food places near by. One of the pillows had a stain on it, but everything else was spot on! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic

The staff make the hotel they go out of the way to make our stay an enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast is well worth the £7 and the breakfast manager goes out of her way to help The rooms are comfortable and any spare refreshments are easily provided

Conveniently close to fast food restaurants

Pros: Staff polite and friendly. Easy parking, food/drinks available 24h. Clean and conveniently located for us. Felt safe.

Cons: Buffet breakfast provided although all I wanted was 2 toasts so expensive for me. Bed very hard and very warm in room although having fan was nice.

Location: We went to walk by canal which was lovely as it goes for miles. It would be good to have bicycle. Tea room sadly closing early on Monday.

Secure parking. Very friendly reception staff. We arrived on 17th July and staff helped us with finding places we wanted to visit. Made us feel very welcome.
