The shower was dirty and the hot water nozzle was stripped! Almost couldn't shower! The whole place had a terrible smell! And the lobby was very dirty! The fridge was leaking water out of the bottom. Just couldn't wait for morning to leave! Didn't even check out breakfast because we just wanted to leave! Very disappointing after riding 12 hours that day

The tub was dirty with stains or chipped coating leaving blue patches, paint peeling from door, missing light switch and missing light on ceiling, stains on carpet, green pool.

The hotel room was okay but could use some updates and better cleanining. We got a pet freindly room however the price quoted did not include their pet fee. Then the hotel only had maybe two 8x10 patches of grass for our dogs to go to the bathroom. I would not say it was pet freindly.

Nice place to stay. We stay here from time to time. the same ice machines have been out of order for the last year or so. Highway construction makes access a bit more difficult. they have a nice breakfast. They only had one lady watching the front desk and taking care of the food. She was a bit rushed. All in all, it was a good place to stay at.

Other experiences with Days Inn have been positive, which is why we booked with them in Casper, WY. This hotel, however, was very disappointing. Everything looked rundown except for the potted plants outside.There was trash in the hallways, loud people by the pool late at night, the bathroom and sink area were too close together, and the bathtub looked questionable. The two positive things about the room were the cold air conditioning and good mattress. The morning of checkout we noticed a foul odor. I can’t imagine anyone trying to eat the free breakfast smelling that.

I won’t even hold all of the road construction against these guys, but that was bad. The entire building stank, carpet in the halls and rooms were filthy, one room in the hall even had a trash can with a package from raw chicken hanging out of it. The bathroom door wouldn’t open or close all the way, the shower head was crusty and sprayed water in every direction. The sheets were so worn out, they were paper thin and see through, also very dingy and not white. How expensive is it for a company to replace SHEETS once a decade or so?? There were even exposed wires on the wall. The ac couldn’t keep up. The floor was so nasty we never took our shoes off until we were actually sitting on the bed. I don’t want to keep complaining here but I stay in a lot of hotel rooms and this one, especially for well over a hundred dollars a night, was a scam. I would never stay here again. It is painfully obvious the owners of this building are reinvesting $0% back into this property.

Breakfast was same ( biscuits and gravy) not of interest to me. Refrigerator froze everything They were willing to move me from upstairs to down with no extra charges ( so i didn't have to carry everything up steps. No elevator)( at 68yrs)
