Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass wir tatsächlich vier verschiedene Brotsorten anbieten, die im Hotel gebacken werden, um die Frische und Qualität zu gewährleisten. Wir werden Ihre Anmerkung jedoch berücksichtigen und prüfen, ob wir unsere Brotvielfalt weiter verbessern können.Wir bedauern, dass Sie Schwierigkeiten hatten, Ihren Laptop aufgrund der fehlenden Steckdose aufzuladen. Sehr geehrter Gast,vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar zu unserem Hotel.Es freut uns, dass Sie unsere schöne Anlage sowie den Meerblick genossen haben und die vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit beigetragen haben. Wir bedauern hingegen, dass Sie das Hotel als hellhörig empfunden haben und mit der Sauberkeit nicht zufrieden waren. Selbstverständlich werden wir mit unseren Reinigungskräften sprechen, um dieses Problem zu beheben. Gerne können Sie sich in solchen Fällen auch jederzeit direkt an unser Rezeptions-Team wenden. Für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten bitten wir um Entschuldigung. Auch, dass es Probleme mit dem Wlan gab, tut uns leid. Unser Technik-Team arbeitet bereits an einer Lösung.
