The young man at the front desk was the only reason we didn’t leave! The bathtub was dirty, pillows were dirty, room stunk, knob fell off in the bathtub, had to sleep wrapped up in my personal blankets. But- as I said, front desk was amazingly kind! - but would not stay here again- due to the lack of cleanliness

Terrible customer service. Guest next door set off fire alarms, smoking, yelling, and slamming doors. Management investigated after fire dept and allowed them to stay. Checked out a day early and no questions asked as to what could be done to have a happy customer. Sent a message online with no response as well.
