Never ever again, and do NOT recommend

First, they charged me more than what Hotels.com said I would be charged. Then, when we opened the couch bed, there were no sheets on it or in any of the closets. When I went to put one the the sheets from my bed on it, I noticed mouse poop on it. I called the main office and they moved us to the penthouse. The penthouse looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The next afternoon I tried taking a shower in the downstairs bathroom and there was no hot water. I called the main office and they said they would send someone up, they never did. And the cherry on top was that the pool was unusable. It was very very green, which when you have kids, its a big deal.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was so filthy and honestly disgusting, we immediately left! There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the towels folded up for use, a toothpick on the toilet paper holder, dead bugs on the window seal and floors. It is not a place I would ever give another chance! It was awful and the property is now refusing refund! For reasons above a refund should be given no matter the booking. I booked expecting to have a clean room to stay in and that was not the case. I will provide pictures of everything stated.

We were highly disappointed with our stay here. From the moment we stepped in the room, we were greeted with gnats and other bugs. Some of the walls and doorframes were cracked and all the cabinet and drawers were left open. The condition of the room left a lot to be desired especially when compared to the pictures on the website. We expected a lot more especially for the price.

The hotel was not just dirty it was filthy and unsafe. Blood spots on mirror, exposed wiring, sticky floors , rusted metal door stoppers, reeked of cigarette smoke , brown towels , bedding had red and pink and brown stains.

Property is terrible, nasty!!!! The pool is not cleaned as well. Everything they said they had as far as cooking utensils, rags, towels, nothing works blow dryer weren’t working as well it was just terrible!! I’ve stayed here a few years ago, and it amazed me how much it has went down hill! If you are taking your family to this location just be prepared to bring your own cleaning supplies dishes etc you would rather put up a tent in the backyard than stay here!!!

They didn't clean the room at all!

This was VERY disappointing in several areas. The room was NOT cleaned properly. My 10 year old daughter found a dildo in the bathroom. There were moist hand prints on the headboard of the loft bed. And the Master Bedroom was missing a garbage can. After my wife cleaned the room(we checked in late at night and the children were sleepy) all they offered was a 2o% discount and a late check out at 1p w/o charge. I felt insulted and disrespected. To further add insult to injury, the father of the owner repeatedly interrupted my conversation with the manager, rudely over-speaking in Hindi, completely disregarding my presence. While the accommodations fit out needs, the service DID NOT. This experience was nothing short of extremely disappointing. Also, it's been a week and I still have not received the discount.
