The lady that checked us in was friendly. While checking in we were told there was a continental breakfast from 6am to 10. The next day at 9am, all the breakfast was gone, and no one attended to the dining area. The 2nd day there was no breakfast at all including coffee and no hot water in our room for a shower. We went to front desk the desk clerk lady screamed at us after we complained. She was screaming that there was hot water and we were lying! Never again will we stay there!!

The room is decent size, has elevator and laundry room. Location is off the busy, often traffic jammed main road, but closed to getting to the Great Smoky Mountains Visitor Center - found this a plus.

After checking i did not even open the rom door as there was some form of domestic case going on next door with load shouting and screaming. I asked to be moved which they did the room was ok for this price point. We are on a 3 month tour of the states and stayed in over 30 motels so far

Very helpful staff at checking, loads of information about the town / area, easy (5min) walk to good eateries North and 20min South walk to town and museum. Good breakfast and easy parking. Motorcycle Friendly.

I found this place just right for a quick stayed. Nestled near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Blue Ridge Parkway with a free self-parking. At our arriving we were switched from a king room to a queen one, but the gentleman gave us a discount for the disruption that this may cause. Location was inconvenient, there was a fair just next to the hotel and traffic was horrendous and noisy. Breakfast was limited and can use some help. The room was kept clean and nice, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, but still it is an old hotel.
