The only complaint was that the last night we stayed here, a very rude person took up 5 parking spaces, instead of using the lot for that purpose. Everything else was very nice.

Came to Cheyenne for Frontier Rodeo Days. This BW is a few miles east of the fairgrounds, on I80 (about 10 minutes to downtown and 15 to rodeo park and ride). The front desk staff was out standing.

There is everything great to say about this hotel. We stayed here during Cheyenne Frontier Days. We were extremely happy they offered shuttle service to and from the park. Jill our driver was considerate making sure her guest were all accounted for before leaving hotel/park. Also enjoyed happy hour with light hors d’oeuvres and beverages!!!! We will definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!!

We had two rooms. A/C was not cooling ant anll in one and made an horrible noise. Second Rooms had dirty towels, dirty floors, unsanitary. Wouldn’t refund due to the fact I use Expedia, which makes it hard because we budgeted for this vacation. And didn’t even give us a credit. We did get a smaller room with a working a/c but that’s not the point, why use Expedia if I can get refunds or better accommodations.

We were greeted with a smile at the front desk after a long day of traveling. The hotel is very clean and updated, the room was spotless, with a renovated bathroom . The bed was very comfortable . As Cheyenne was celebrating Frontier Days, we were invited to the happy hour in the lobby, and given a lovely welcome gift, a nice surprise . All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I didnt like that they charged me $30.00 each for two chihuahuas on top of our room fee. Most all hotels charge $30.00 for both. Hotel was in a convenient location for us visiting our daughter.
