The amenities at the hotel were very nice and having a Starbucks right on site was very convenient. The staff in the attached bar were very friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was the fact that I wanted to extend my stay but I had booked through a third party. The rate to extend one day was SIGNIFICANTLY higher and the hotel was not willing to work with me on staying another night. Because of that, I went ahead and got a room at a different, nearby hotel. To me, it is poor business to let a guest leave when they stayed 3 nights at the hotel already and there was a chance for the hotel to get another day of revenue.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! People actually say, “good morning”. The rooms and beds are comfortable with an extensive TV program selection for when one just wants to veg in the room. The pool and workout facilities are clean and the hotel provides a good selection of equipment to use.

Next to rosemont is good. Dining service was consistently poor, quality of food was poor, chef is not a trained, cannot even do poached eggs. the whole dining and kitchen poorly managed
