Shout out to Shay at the front desk who made my check-in a dream after being unexpectedly stranded in Chicago. It was nice to have such a friendly and helpful person go the extra mile to get me settled after so much airport stress. Room was perfect. Loved having starbucks access. Will stay here again if I ever come back to Chicago!

All the restaurant staff we interacted with (and room service/housekeeping staff) were awesome people! The pool and fitness area were a little outdated and dingy. Overall, it is a decent hotel but you could likely get better amenities elsewhere (newer hotels) for the same price.

Friendliest staff at this hotel - very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, with a separate living area, and parking garage was easily accessible through an indoor hallway on the first floor.
