That property was quiet good to rest but I noticed that the toilet seat needed to change it looks very worn and there was numerous dirt marks on the back of the as if someone had been kicking it constant over and over again.

Property was okay. Lady who helped us out was very nice and super helpful. Rooms were okay. Pretty clean but beds are horrible. Dirty bottom sheets. Springs ripping out of beds. No type of water pressure in the shower. Water took long to get warm. Bathroom kept making noise all night. Windows were very thin. You can hear absolutely everything in those rooms. Need earplugs if your a light sleeper.

Never Again

It was a terrible experience. I had a later check in at 8:30 PM after a long day at a conference and no one was available to check me in. At 2 AM there was a homeless guy digging around the trash right outside my room. The heater was broken and the room smelled of mildew.

We had some outlets that didnt work. We didn't have a remote for the AC/heater,.We had to get ip on a chair to turn on and off. There was graffiti in the bathroom.The renovations just weren't complete and didn't look as good as it did in the photos. Staff was nice and friendly.

The room was dirty. There was poop on the wall above to toilet paper dispenser. The floors were dirty and the shower didn’t drain well because there was a clump of hair stuck in the drain. The sheets and pillow cases were clean. At least we got to sleep in a clean bed. Tip: Don’t get there at 8pm there will be nobody at the front desk as they take a 30 minute break

They gave me the wrong key so in the middle of the night i got woken up by another guest trying to get in. Then i was pulled out at 12:45 in the night to be told i was in the wrong room. I showed them my key snd the number on my key so the lady left with it and left me hanhing outside my room until i went hsd to go down in my PJ's. She basically left without me knowing what was going to happen.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming, making my check in and check out peocess pleasant, easy and quick. Only 3 issues we encountered were; 1- the room having a lot of dust and floors could have been cleaned a bit better. 2- our room didnt have a remote and when we got a remote sent to our room it seemed to be the incorrect one. 3- the ac/heater was dripping water onto the floor, didnt really get to bring this up since i was in a rush to leave. I didnt want to bother staff again with the remote issue so i just dealt with it. Overall, stay was nice either way with just the few hiccups i mentioned.
