Stickiges Zimmer, kein Wasser

Unser Zimmer war leider völlig überheizt und stickig, weil die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte und stattdessen völlig überflüssigerweise geheizt wurde. Das Personal an der Rezeption gab sich ahnungslos, löste aber das Problem nicht. Das Desinteresse am Gast ist unseres Erachtens nicht akzeptabel. Das stickige Loch war eine Tortur. Außerdem brach die Wasserversorgung wiederholt zusammen, so dass morgens nicht geduscht werden konnte. Das ist kein 4-Sterne-Standard! Wir raten davon ab, dieses Hotel zu buchen.
