Location is perfect with easy access to all Cocoa Beach has to offer. The rooftop differentiates this property from all others. We even got to watch the Artemis II launch with a great view and significantly fewer crowds. Aside from the couch being a little older, the property is exactly as laid out. Highly recommend.

The room set up was perfect, each bedroom with its own bath. It was very well supplied for basic needs of a longer stay. Beds were comfy. The couch was not very comfortable. Some more comfortable seating would be nice. It was dog friendly and there was a park nearby that we could exercise him.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. The peace and serenity we were able to achieve while our visit was exceptional. Our stay was better than expected, I had a few issues here and there that were purely preferential and Zareh took care of it for us. My only complaint was that there weren't enough blankets. However, the other amenities made up for that. Clean, welcoming, I felt safe, it was very nice.

Excellent vacation getaway!

This condo was perfect! Location, cleanliness, amenities and communication was all too-notch. Things we loved: the sunrise on the rooftop, the proximity to the beach and pier, the pool was pristine, communication with owner. Grocery store is a short 5min walk away. Things to make it better: maybe some basic supplies: salt and pepper, coffee/tea, maybe some complimentary bottles of water on arrival. Overall, we would definitely recommend!!!
