The casino was DEAD, I sat down at over 15 different slot machines and did nothing but lose. No wins at all, tightest slots I’ve ever played and I’ve been doing this for some decades. Ended up leaving two days early. Room service was unbelievably loud while cleaning the rooms on both sides of my room, it sounded like a 3 year old discovering the drums for the first time. Crazy. I’ll never go back and you would be a fool to waste your time and money at this hornets nest of a hotel.

It was real cold in the room on arrival and cold outside so took a min to heat the room. It said accessible room but was not but overall an excellent room and place. Will visit again.

I didn’t even get to check in. I had to contact Expedia to refund it because I was not aware that I had to pay another $50 to check in which I didn’t have and was already stranded in Missouri. I am from out of state and the manager and get guest services attendant behind the desk. We’re not very friendly or nice to me. I will never return to this property. I’ve never had an issue with any of the hotels. I’ve stayed at with Expedia, except this one beautiful hotel, horrible staff.
