Monthly stays will be charged in 30 day periods. Centrally located and close to all Columbus GA has to offer. This 3 bed 1.5 bathroom house is 1118 square feet and renovated in 2021. Each bedroom has a closet, Smart TV and a queen bed while the master bedroom also has an attached half bathroom. The kitchen is equipped to cook any meal as it includes a microwave, oven and a fridge. Utensils, dishes, flatware, pots and pans are also included. The back yard is large and fully fenced in for the pets as you watch them run from the furnished deck. Parking is a standard driveway that can support 3 vehicles including an open air carport. The living room sports a large smart TV and two standard size couches to relax. Highspeed internet with whole home amplifiers are included. This property is a few minutes from CSU and about 12 minutes from Ft Bennings main gate. If you have any questions at all just send us a message! Thanks!
