Very comfortable room. There were some issues with the AC. At first it wasn’t cooling the room adequately. That was resolved but then the compressor was quite loud and sounded like it needed some maintenance. A maintenance person I spoke with actually confirmed that the hotel had opted not to replace some components that should have been replaced prior to opening. Hopefully they will address that. Otherwise, very comfortable stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel's check-in time is 3pm, and they will not budge. We arrived around 1pm and thought it might be possible to get the room. Kept being promised it would be expedited and ready as soon as possible. 3pm arrives, and the room is still not ready. We ask to speak to a manager, and magically, the room is suddenly available and we receive the key to the room. I hate being lied to. Poor customer service. Do better.

Nice hotel, noisy bar

We recently stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary for 3 nights, the hotel had only been open for a few days prior to our arrival. We booked this as we had previously stayed in the 1 Hotel Toronto and had a great experience. The hotel decor was stunning, and the room itself was lovely - very comfortable and really thoughtfully decorated. Unfortunately we had internal room that overlooked the bar area and the music was very loud until 1:30am each evening

This hotel is ideally situated to everything one would find interesting as a first time visitor, incl. walkability to shops/boutiques, various restaurants, other fascinating sights and the likes, museum accessibility, options to borrow bikes from the hotel as well, and really lovely staff and service. We hope to return one day!

Sehr schönes Zimmer / Hotel und freundliches Personal. Leider konnte man im Zimmer kein Fenster öffnen und die Lüftung hat sich automatisch nach einer gewissen Zeit abgeschaltet. Dadurch wure es in der Nacht sehr heiss und stikig im Zimmer. Zudem hat das Putzpersonal einfach gewisse Gegenstände (zweiter Zimmerschlüssel, Zahnbürstchen, Kofferanleitung) einfach entsorgt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im 1 Hotel Copenhagen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und der 24-Stunden-Service sehr zuverlässig. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet – es fehlt an nichts. Besonders angenehm: Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es im Hotel extrem ruhig. Nicht jedes Zimmer hat eine tolle Aussicht, aber das tut dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch. Die Bar ist richtig cool und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Innenstadt erreicht man in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Absolut empfehlenswert!
