Perfect weekend

Very welcoming and service minded receptionists. Beatiful lobby. Simple and elegant room, very comfortable beds, very clean. The bar and restaurant area had a relaxed and positive vibe, great food, drinks and service. Loved the area, new and interesting architecture. Metro within walking distance.

Disappointing service when I found out I had booked two rooms by a mistake. One thing is not to get refunded the spare room but the fact that I couldn't even get a certificate to come another day was beyond my comprehension. The room was super warm as always at Comwell and the curtains did not cover the window so the light came through at 0430 int he morning.

Room way too hot to sleep

Mixed feelings about this hotel. The room was nice and the bathroom lovely. The bed was very comfy and the choice of pillows great. Staff were super friendly, especially the girl that checked us in. However, the main thing -a good night's sleep- evaded us. The room, at 22 degrees, was too hot to sleep in. The air-cooling system simply cannot cool the room down to an appropriate sleeping temperature. We asked for help several times and got various tips, including opening the window, which wasn't an option due to the traffic and the building site across the road. Other guests complained too. The excuse that Copenhagen doesn't have so many warm days is just not acceptable. And btw, Hotels.com lists it as having air-conditioning, not air-cooling.

We had a family room which was a great size and very comfortable. As a family with a young (5 yr old) child, we really appreciated being in a quiet area with excellent transport links. It’s at the end of the M4 line so always easy to get on, get where you want to go and to get back to the hotel again. The breakfast is also really good. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
