Decent stay at Wide Hotel for 2 nights, but for the price I don't think it's worth it. Walls felt a little thin and could hear quite a bit above and in the hallway. The coffee machine is unusable, even the staff says when we queried why it wasn't working that is poorly designed. There was no kettle so we couldn't even get hot water (which the coffee machine was supposed to provide). Staff were really nice overall and helped us with boiling water. Location is central, a bit loud till 9pm with a live music before opposite. Not a terrible stay by any means but wouldn't go back at that price.

The staff was exceptionally efficient and friendly. The airlines lost our luggage and the staff helped us throughout the process. They were on the phone calling, waiting, following up on everything. We did not know who to call, we couldn’t speak the language, and we were totally frustrated and stressed. The staff helped us, going out and beyond . We also did not know how to work the washer-dryer and maintenance came physically to the room to start the machine and teach us how to use it. I would definitely recommend the Wide Hotel. Staff was great and it is conveniently located.

Good hotel for tourists

Great location close to attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean room. Bathroom was very small, and Pillows were thin. Elevator was slow and small.

Location, AC in the room, staff, were excellent. Room is cleaned if you put "clean room" sign outside the door BEFORE 0900, otherwise it will not be cleaned. One is told to put the sign outside door to have room cleaned but not the time so first day, we did not have any room attendant.

Fantastic Stay!

I loved my stay here! The location was excellent—right in the city center and only a couple of minutes from central train stations, but my room was still quiet at night. My room was also spacious and very clean with amenities provided. Breakfast was wonderful with a wide array of options.

The hotel is ideally situated. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. 5 minutes walk to metro and main shopping area. Train station is 7 minute walk. Tivoli Gardens 3 minute walk. Definitely recommend WIDE Hotel.

Location could not be better, all staff encountered were cordial and helpful. Lovely non-corporate vibe about the hotel, which has a beautiful architecture. Nice to be able to have free coffee and tea on request in the very comfortable lobby area or outside seating. Rooms were well equipped and of a high quality.

Wonderful hotel, old in all the best ways. Loved the historic lobby architecture from 1902 when the building was one of the city’s first public bath houses. Great location close to the metro and just across the street from a great beer garden that hosts a summer jazz festival with new acts daily in the late afternoon and early evening. Fantastic breakfast in a charming dining room starts your day off right. Plus they proudly and comfortably implemented green policies toward a carbon neutral future.
