Carpet smells like cat pee

Our room smelled of cat pee! I have a strong sense of smell, and my family checked in two days before I got there. My husband has no sense of smell since COVID, but as soon as I walked in the door, I could smell the cat pee. I didn’t know exactly where it was coming from, but after five days of putting my laundry under the vanity upstairs and needing to do laundry on the last day, I knew exactly where the smell was coming from because by clothes reeked of cat pee.

I think this spot is super clean and great staff. Only issue is that it’s very open someone could knock at your window if they wanted to. I had to travel for work and was on the first floor. On the second day after work I found a man near the bbq area just watching me and another woman who were walking by. Although I traveled with my dog it did leave me feeling uncomfortable.
