We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great base camp for exploring around Sedona. The place was clean and well-stocked, and everything was labeled and easy to use.
The location was good. There wasn't really anything in close walking distance, but we hadn't expected there to be. Dead Horse Ranch State Park and Old Town Cottonwood were very close drives, and we didn't have any issues finding parking until we were in Sedona. I definitely preferred the vibe of Old Town Cottonwood to the vibe of Sedona. Sedona scenery is beautiful, but the town is overly touristy - I'm glad we didn't stay there.
Donna & Roy let us use space in the garage to park our mountain bikes, which was really convenient since we used them every day during out stay.
We weren't around much during the day since we were biking and exploring, so we didn't do much there but shower, sleep, eat breakfast, and pack our lunches for the day, but the place was perfect for our needs.
