Dirty is an understatement . They never came in and cleaned our room and had to go ask for more towels. The toilet never stopped running and the tub would not drain. The breakfast area was absolutely disgusting and we were scared to eat there. We paid over 4K for an 6 night stay. After we realized they weren’t going to change anything we were forced to find a different hotel. And they would not refund the remaining nights that we did not stay.

The breakfast was unsanitary, the mattress was worn to the springs, we had to ask for clean towels most every day. They only made the bed once out of five days. Do not recommend.

Food at in house restaurant was fantastic, service was great. Facility is beautiful and provided incredible value. The hot tub and sauna area is amazing and rooms were very clean and quite large. And bed was perfect!

This unfortunately was literally the worst smelling room I’ve ever stayed in. The staff make commitments to clean the room and change the bedding or give us another room, but they never followed through. The Sturgis Bike Week prices were outrageous for the room, but I would write the same review even if this room was 1/3 of the price I paid. No manager was ever on staff to discuss in the three nights we stayed there. Overall, I would recommend that you go elsewhere and skip the gross and very unacceptable experience that we had.

The continental breakfast is minimal, no meat and were running out of items regularly. Same thing every day, biscuits and gravy with eggs. Along with the hotel, make your own waffles. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. Advertised 4 hot tubs and there was only 3 and one was empty.

Bed was comfy and clean. Visible dirty spots in the bathroom area. There was a big hole in the ceiling above the shower, kinda looked like there were some spots of mold or Mildew. A/C made a loud noise if you turned it past a certain notch.

Nice stay in South Dakota

Stayed for 5 days and we were very satisfied with the hotel. Staff were very helpful and professional. Clean, quiet and restful. Near to all the sites in this area of South Dakota. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bathroom light didn’t work and the fan was noisy. Air conditioner didn’t work well. Bed was too soft. The staff was nice but when you wanted something from the front desk you had to wait. The door key had to be reset every other time you used it.

Our toilet was broken, and since the maintenance guy doubles as the driver, no one was there to fix it. The front desk lady found the part needed to repair it, but I ended up doing the repair myself. However, the worst thing was breakfast. When we got down there, nearly everything was gone, except for the cereal and a piece of bread. There weren't even plates. I was able to make my son half of a waffle, and he ate it on a napkin. I went to the front desk & they eventually began refilling some of the things, but so many people were waiting by then, that they quickly ran out again or there were long lines to use the toaster and waffle machine. It was very frustrating.
