Chose a casino weekend because resort advertises pool, room service, hot tub, spa - they actually don't have any of these things available. Expedia advertised this property falsely. Casino is stingy and there isn't accountability for things that are wrong. Not hospitable or generous. Stay in a much nicer and less expensive hotel and just visit the casino. Better places nearby.

Liked the proximity to Dover- the Capital area and other sights. Many restaurants in the area as well as on site. Casino within the facility as well as Dover Downs Speedway/Monster Mile on the grounds. Our room had full view of the track- perfect for race day!

I booked at this hotel 3 weeks in advance got an email that stated the pool was closed. I called to cancel and the lady said the pool at been closed for cleaning and that it would be open by the time I came. I called every week, sometimes twice a week to check that the pool was open. I did this up until the day before my stay. When I arrived for my stay the people at the front desk said that the pool was closed and had been closed for a week. They did nothin to compensate for that. We weren't able to get extra towels and blankets and the lady at the front desk was very rude when i asked for extras. I choose this hotel because Sugar Factory was in it and that's where my child wanted to go for her birthday. We had to end up getting a room at a totally different hotel just for the kids to swim. Bally's has fallen off

Comfortable Elegance

I was in town for business two different weeks with a co-worker. We both got rooms overlooking the Nascar Track and the Horse Track. Horses raced each night and it was awesome to enjoy watching them out of my window. Lobby is beautiful. front desk was very friendly and informative. Hotel and Casino and Restaurants were all upscale yet inviting.

The place was great only problem is the room we stayed in which was 549 was track side and that was fine but it was directly over the trash dumpsters and the room smelled like them as the heat and ac was bringing in the smell while it was on

Pool was down, beds were tough and there was 0 parking. They should mark off parking for hotel guests. We had to park over by the Speedway which was behind the hotel. For what is in the area it's probably the best
