Excellent room. Even had a small kitchen / dining area with a fridge and microwave. Couches were also nice. The tv was easy for us to hook up our Roku to. Plenty of towels. Free breakfast as well! If we’re ever back in Escondido I know where we’re staying

Everything was great with the exception of the homeless people camping in the back parking area. That was unnerving. As for the room very nice only complaint was that sensor for the entry area light kept coming on ALL NIGHT. Every hour having to shut it off. Grrr

I called to see if we could check in a couple hours early and the person that answered said I called the wrong person that they only make reservations and just hung up. I would have been nice to be offered the correct number but at least dont act so bothered that I called the wrong department Then when I arrived the person at the desk didn’t want to be bothered. I’m a nice person if anyone one of them would have gave me a chance. This is my first bad review. Only because I had 2 issues. Normally I just let it go. Clearly they don’t care if the staff is rude. I’ll never go back.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy and too firm for our taste.The free breakfast was acceptable. It could be improved offering fresh fruit.

The room I stayed in had the smell of sewer gas, the TV required a person to come in and reboot it, and the heater would not turn off to maintain a consistent temperature. I was given a new room on my 3rd day when the sewer gas smell occurred . That said, the breakfast was pretty good.
