Property was in need of repairs and updating. No staff at all. Nobody there to schedule or get information on spa or anything. Grounds are overgrown and need landscaping. No bath towels and television doesn't work. Back door with key pad doesn't work. Had to enter through dining room door that was left unlocked all the time. No thermostat in the rooms. Only one that controls the entire facility which didn't work very well. It's not what is advertised or shown in the pictures.

This property is advertised completely not what it really is when you stay. The facility was unkept and in need of repairs and updates. There was no staff there except when the continental breakfast was served. There were no bath towels in room. There was no thermostat control to the room. The entire facility is controlled by one thermostat that was in the dining room. The breakfast was left out all day and all night. Nobody there to put it away. One of the doors with a keypad does not work and only opens from the inside. Everyone has to enter from the back dining room door that is always left unlocked. No spas or staff on hand to speak with about scheduling or getting information. There is a bedroom suite right off the main dining room that was very odd and we were glad it wasn't our assigned room. The television doesn't work and the WiFi password was listed was not correct or WiFi never worked. The entire facility is in need of painting and repairs. This place is not at all what it is advertised. We will not be back here again.

There was no staff on site whatsoever…like at all...during our stay. The grounds seemed unkept. Lots of potential here, but it almost seemed abandoned. Our bed sheets were changed and made, but there was a general dirtiness to the room. We talked with the only other guest there and they said the same. It seems crazy that this place is wide open and unlocked with no real staff there. Location is good, but this is no “resort”. Not a one star place but they should feel lucky to get my 3.

There was no staff anywhere while you could communicate through a phone number. My booking came with free breakfast so I was expecting like eggs, something hot. The free breakfast was some pastries, coffee, and juices. The property is a little run down, definitely paying for location.

Refund please!

This place was totally shut down and seemingly abandoned, but hotels.com took payment and booked the reservation anyway. I hope everyone there is ok - I'm having a really hard time getting a refund for this!

We were disappointed. Spa pool which used to be heated wasn’t heated. No tv in our room. Notice in room indicated a Happy Hour with refreshments but the only refreshments were water and some packaged snacks. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. We’ve stayed here for several years but it seems like it’s going downhill.

The location is beautiful. The property is saying fairly rundown. They checked me into a dirty room and then had me wait in the lobby while they cleaned it. There is no security, locks, or desk person in the middle of the building. Anyone can just walk inside and the rooms have interior doors only. Not secure at all. The carpets are stained and ruined. It is being advertised as a resort and spa and there is no services available at all.

Loved the vibe, cozy, and comfortable. Very sweet, helpful, and accommodating staff doing everything they could to make it special. Some things were out of their control like TV wasnt working but other than that it was a nice stay. I will stay there again for sure.

Only thing I like was is location & person who was working inside mother & daughter Samantha & Summer they were great , but like I said its not Resort its more like Bed & Breakfast kind a thing, pics of properties are so old then realty. I had Suite which has great Balcony but railing are so Rustic you can t feel like touching and the door open to balcony so heavy and cant slide BCS it was broken, I would definitely recommend someone to stay but don't expect a resort ,BCS its not pool water was not clean enough either. they need some maintenance in property roof above my room was damaged and was open from the front also. but overall people who was working they are so awesome and make you feel special and Samantha made a great Breakfast for us .
