WIFI went down for nearly a day. Concerned staff tried to help and eventually it came back on. hmmmm Was disappointed to see that temporary $100 security fee tacked on to bill....It had BETTER be gone when I check my Visa.

They have cockroaches!!!!!! I found them in the morning and immediately checked out. The front desk took photos of the cockroaches in my room and said to contact Expedia for a refund. The hotel then denied the refund. They lied to me to get me out of her office with promise of a future refund, then denied the refund later. Cockroaches y'all. Cockroaches.

Bed was comfortable, everything was clean, Mike's pizza in the parking lot was great! No freezer in the fridge and the fridge wasn't really cold. Staff was fine, not overly helpful.

It’s a Super 8 so expectations going in are low. With that in mind, it wasn’t the worst cheap motel we’ve ever stayed at. It’s been somewhat updated and was mostly clean, except the floors which were dirty. Check in is with a virtual agent on a kiosk in the lobby. I’ve never experienced that before but it was fine. Maybe a tad slower than in person but no real complaints with that. The bathroom window wouldn’t open and the fan is extremely noisy. The toilet ran almost continuously. It’s fairly central to Ft Bragg so convenient location close to Safeway, gas and right on the highway. A bit noisy during the day.

The stay itself was as anticipated, a ground floor room which was susceptible to street noise, car noise and loud neighbors above. Checkin was not what i would like to experience again, as the virtual experience felt distant and cold. I would not stay here again based on those factors.
