The staff were exceptional, warm, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. While the room was clean, it was slightly dated. The indoor pool and hot tub were a highlight for our children, who enjoyed them for hours. We originally booked a one-night stay but extended our visit due to the overall great experience. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of numerous tourist attractions and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to experience the fun and charm of Gatlinburg.

Very friendly staff. Parking lot could be revamped, difficult to get in and out of parking spaces when hotel at near capacity. Covered garage on property was much better condition to park in when space available. Breakfast not included but available at on site restaurant but we did not eat on premises. Indoor pool was ideal for our 3 year-old granddaughter on rare occasion of down time from sight seeing and shopping. Bonus near seen in parking lot near outdoor pool!

The property was near downtown, you could walk everywhere, which is convenient so you don't have to drive and pay for parking. The room was clean, but quite small. The TV was outdated and there was no microwave. Where our room was located, there was no direct line to the heated indoor pool, so we had to go outside in the cold to get to and from the pool. Would maybe stay here again if there was no better option.

Love the amenities, the staff, and the furry bear guests. Second stay here, definitely enjoyed more staying at the Queen Jacuzzi room but the cheapest room was good as well. Pool area is great and so is the hot tub.

I've been staying at Sidney James since 2009. With that being said, I have never had such uncomfortable mattress in all my visits to there. Really disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. Maintenance was right on spot when we had issues with the frig. Over all, it was a good visit except for the beds.
