Clean and all we needed to stay while fishing Lake Fork for 3 days. I like that parking is boat friendly and marked off for each room and electric outlet for each room. I love that they have a awesome tackle store right next door.

All in all, this was a typical motel but great for us while we were down there on a three night fishing trip. Staff were very friendly. Although the room was typical of an older motel, it was very clean and pleasant. They had their own boat ramp and convenient parking.
