The dead bolt would not work on the door, the toilet took 3 flushes each time. The front desk was no help. I requested a different room but they said they could fix the problem. Handiman had no clue how to fix the dead bolt. He pounded the strike plate with a hammer for a good 30 to 45 minutes at 9:15 am in the morning. Someone opened the door when I took a shower. Thankfully I had the stop latch on and I heard it when they opened the door. Probably the cleaning lady. Sad part she did fully close the door after she opened it. I got out of the shower and the door was still cracked open. I told the front desk that I wanted a new room that I was exhausted from sleeping with one eye open due to the dead bolt situation. Also, the elevator was not working the whole time. The front desk attendant, Danielle was supposed to transfer me to another room for my second night but failed to do so. I came back expecting a different room but to no avail. The front desk attendant, Rick, called Danielle to see what happened and she denied it all. It was a terrible two night. Never again

My room had lady bugs around the top of the ceiling I stopped by the front desk and told the front desk clerk. I was told she would send the maintenance man to take care but no one never that was on Saturday when I checked out on Sunday they was still there

Staff was excellent, room was average, needs repairs. Not what you expect from a overpriced hotel in a small town. The elevator doesn't work, so you have to climb the stairs.

This was the worst experience I have encountered in a hotel. The first room we rented had a leaking sink that saturated the bathroom floor. The second room had a yellow stained tub. The third room had panels falling off the wall. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. One of the doors would not grant access into the hotel. It was a horrible experience. The only thing good about the stay was the staff. They were friendly and courteous. It was an absolute waste of money. Unfortunately, it was a class reunion that weekend and hotels were limited. Stuck in a hotel chaosis.
