This property was not worth the money we spent. It’s not close to what the pictures online show. It’s old, dank, dirty, musty, outdated, hot tub broken, pool was equally gross, no elevator for handicapped accommodations, room air conditioner didn’t work on the hottest day in CT this summer, truly sis not want to stay but there were no other options for us to leave.

Got to property, first room smelled like cat urine. They moved use to another room, then the toilet in that room did not flush. 1030 at night someone was snaking our toilet, it worked for one flush. We asked for another room and was told there were none. We had to fill toilet well up with ice buckets of water every time we wanted to use toilet to flush. We had already moved hotels because the first one was not useable. Asked for a discount when we left was told to call back tomorrow for manager, every time we call we are told no manager and get hung up on. Need to spend a lot of money a night in this town if you want nothing wrong with your stay.

Property was really run down. Hallways smelled, parking lot was littered with trash. TV did not work, toilet didn’t work all the time. Room smelled musty, chair was stained. There were fruit flies in the bathroom. Is not suitable for even a short stay. The Wyndham group should be appalled

We didn’t stay the night we ended up driving home. It was dirty very outdated pool was grimy dog was barking in room down the hall.

There is a bad smell in the building, elevator is out of work, hallway carpets need to be replaced. We asked for a crib with clean sheets and they gave us a user pack and play.

Indoor pool is really nice and they have a full breakfast with hot food. Great neighborhood and across the street is a five guys.
