San Carlos 1702 is a beach getaway for all. It's located on the 17th floor and features floor-to-ceiling windows, soaring 9 ft. ceilings and a private, expansive balcony to soak in the sea and the sun. (The view is amazing.) This home provides ample space for families, children of all ages, and couples alike!
The large primary bedroom offers a king memory foam mattress, direct access to the patio, and a computer desk. Relax in the spa-like bathroom which has double sinks, a free standing shower, and jetted tub.
The 2nd bedroom contains a queen memory foam mattress and twin bunks, with an attached full bath. The living area is updated with a new queen sleeper sofa which sleeps 2, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 8!
Mix drinks at the wet bar and enjoy all of the conveniences of a fully equipped kitchen. Every morning, take your coffee on the patio and listen to the soothing sound of the gentle waves.
Guests can experience all of the San Carlos resort-style amenities which include a sauna, an exercise room with giant picture windows overlooking the Gulf, a zero-entry outdoor pool (kid friendly!), and a BBQ area.
The San Carlos is the BEST location on East Beach, walkable to the Hangout (10 min walk via the beach) restaurants, and public beach where numerous festivals and events are held throughout the year. The boardwalk over the dunes allows quick and easy access to over 100 yards of pristine, white sand beach. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available in front of the building. Parking available for two vehicles (pass must be purchased onsite for $50 per vehicle).
