The elevator was broken with a wait time of more than 5 minutes. The day we checked out we had to use the service elevator to get off the 9th floor. The beds are hard as a rock and the pillows were old and flat. The room and hotel were extremely clean though. I would have been upset if I pair the full $250 a night.

Nice and calm the first 1 hour until the entire pool flooded with over 15 10 year olds with minimum supervision. The pool rules became a recommendation. Let me be clear I have nothing against kids but you are looking for a calm environment to relax this is not the place Overall the staff was excellent and the place is very nice and clean

There are kids running around the bar area and it is very inappropriate! I told the front desk and they did nothing about it! I spoke to the bar tenders and the waitress and they are all so mad because it affect their pay! Kids do not need to be around the adult bar area late at night.

The hotel was very busy but only one elevator was working the wait was long and some people took service elevator. For so much money per night and high cost of restaurants Elevators should be working
