We stayed here while visiting my son. I had 2 rooms booked. One of the rooms had some issues. I talked to Heidi at the front desk. When we checked out (I didn't notice) the Rewards number was my other son's number. We had issues signing into streaming on the TV's. I think some how it got changed from my number, which I booked them under. I still haven't got a response, if it was changed back to my account.

Really well designed hotel, one of the nicer hotel's I've stayed in. Our family loved everything. Nice room layout. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good bathrooms. Very clean and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Several drawbacks: only one elevator for 4 floors, and the only ice machine is on the ground floor.
