The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, the marina view was great and we really appreciated the breakfast spot being so close to our room. Fun spaces to gather around our room, very modern and stylish. The only glitch: the beautiful pool located just off the ocean was unheated and consequently, freezing.

Overall it was a nice stay. They didn’t have elevators so it was rough carrying up full suitcases and we did find a couple of fish hooks in our rooms as those the maids only did what they must did. We had the best family stay at this resort in the Keys. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and perfect for winding down after a day in the sun. The pool was the real star for us… our kiddo didn’t want to get out. The whole place felt relaxed and welcoming, Truly one of our favorite family trips. Highly recommend!

Good value for an off-season break in the Keys. The staff was excellent, helpful, and friendly. Easy parking close to our room. Lots to do inside the resort for no extra cost: kayaking, ping pong, corn hole, water taxi, nice swimming pools and loungers in the sun. Live music every night at the tiki bar was fun. The beaches are Florida Keys beaches - don't expect deep sugar sand. Food at the restaurants inside the resort was mediocre and overpriced. There are lots of offsite dining options if you like seafood. Our room was clean and large but sparsely furnished - there was no desk and no place to sit except on the bed. The bathroom was tiny but the shower was hot and had good pressure. Pest control could have been better. I would recommend it as long as you're not paying peak-season premium rates.

Staff was very friendly, service was very slow at the Mercado restaurant they only had 1 server. Rooms were clean, only downside was we had a space under the door so a small lizard ended up in room, had to keep a towel by door to keep critters out.

Fantastic Resort

Three Waters Resort is one of the nicest places I've stayed in Islamorada! Amenities and pool were fantastic! My wife loved it.
