Pro’s: plenty of parking, professional/friendly staff, comfortable bed, pretty lobby, room service, bar/restaurant/Starbucks inside, easy to find, nice neighborhood/area Con’s: paid parking for a nearly empty lot, single ply TP, mold/rust in bathroom, horrible quality pillows, no makeup remover towel, thin/worn out towels, ripped curtains eliminating the benefit of blackout, loud guests visiting for sports tournament playing ding dong ditch around 11pm It’s probably better than some other options in the KC area but details are lacking and I don’t think it was worth the price. The lobby area is updated and clearly the draw, especially in their pictures. Rooms were not that great for what we paid.
