The staff is absolutely the best I have met. They look after you and always try to ensure your stay is pleasant. They follow up on you and really make you noticed. The condition of the rooms are better than what I expected and the beds was really comfortable. The views from the rooms is really nice. If you go for the King suite you have balconys in two directions. (We got a free upgrade to King suite thank you). The kitchen do have what you would expect and was in good condition. The property has good parking space and also a little shop in the reception area where you can buy drinks etc. My family was very satisfied with our stay. The only think I can think of complaining about is the elevator. It is pretty slow but this is a small bagatelle really. There are some noise from the highway next to the hotel but this was expected as we very well knew the location before choosing the hotel. We had a fantastic stay!.

Hello, and thank you for checking in. My family and I truly had a great time in Key West, and we appreciate you asking. I do want to share that we had two unpleasant encounters with the front desk staff member who was there this morning. Her approach was very dry and she did not seem eager to assist, even with simple requests such as condiments for our room. This morning we also notified her about roaches in our room, and there was no apology or empathy about the situation or about the food that was ruined as a result. Her only response was, “I will let maintenance know.” Because of this, our overall rating is a e. Outside of those issues, the room and hotel were clean, the housekeeping team was polite and friendly, and the check-in staff was very professional, even addressing me appropriately as Dr. Assad and Mrs. The front desk checkout staff would benefit from customer-service training, as this would significantly elevate the guest experience. Thank you again for reaching out.

Our stay at The Laureate was absolutely awesome and exceeded all my expectations. Check-in was incredibly smooth and the on-site parking was very easy and convenient. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the balcony view was amazing. Having a full kitchen was a huge plus, especially while traveling with a baby. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt very safe, and it took us only 10 minutes to reach Duval Street, which was perfect. The pool area was great, and the property offers thoughtful amenities like free snacks and complimentary water bottles by the pool — a rare touch that really stood out. Overall, The Laureate is truly worth the money, and we would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!
