Air Conditioner and King bed in bedroom, with a queen hide-a-bed in the living room - to sleep four people total. Large flat screen in living room, and small flat screen in bedroom. Tile floor starts at entrance goes into bath, kitchen and living room for a clean look through out. Easy parking and pool access! Full Kitchen comes complete with Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, and all the necessary cookware for meals at home. Accessible to you inside the unit are Ceiling Fans, Linens, Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, as well as an Air Conditioner in the bedroom.
