"Absolutely amazing experience at Santhiya Resort—the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the drivers were always incredibly quick, friendly, and ready to take us wherever we needed to go, and the food was honestly some of the best we had during our entire trip to Thailand!"

"Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa – Phuket ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I had a beautiful stay at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa. The ocean‑view jacuzzi suite was absolutely stunning peaceful, romantic, and one of the highlights of my holiday. The resort grounds are lovely, the views are incredible, and overall it’s a great place to relax. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Staff communication and training could be better, especially when handling guest requests. Some parts of the room and amenities need more thorough cleaning. For example, when I boiled water to make tea, I discovered significant residue and buildup inside the kettle, which shows it hadn’t been properly cleaned. This is a hygiene concern, especially for a 5‑star property. These issues didn’t ruin my stay, but they are important for the resort to address. With better staff training and more attention to cleanliness, Diamond Cliff could easily be a perfect 5‑star experience."
