Nice hotel, mediocre stay

Rarely stay at Hilton but enjoyed the hotel. Was initially put in room overlooking busy freeway, asked to be moved with no problem. Beds were queen but felt like doubles, none-the-less comfortable. Would probably stay again. Must pay extra for breakfast. I am a frequent family traveler

Poor stay.

1st room AC make sound such "Kluk, kluk" at night, I keep awake. I changed room to 2nd floor, the neighborhor upstairs keep nouse walk around at night & by 5.55am, the 2nd room also AC suddenly chamged automaticaly from heat to cold air, I feel freeze. Another thing, this hotel dont have room service. Too expensive rate at night for trpubles like above & no room service. I actuallt plan to stay few more days, but better move to other hotel that cheaper, there maybe problems too, but price reasonable.

I wouldn’t come back. No free breakfast, charge for parking, no service to the actual room. We bought a salad downstairs, but there were no forks available as it didn’t come with one. Everything seems to be a huge inconvenience. We would’ve preferred to stay at Hampton next door, but couldn’t find a booking. We spoke to other guests and they also tried to get rooms at Hampton, but couldn’t.
