Overall, the property location was excellent. The king room was reserved as a "suite" but definitely not a suite, in the context of hotel spaces. There was no closet, hangers or drawers within the furniture (except small drawers on either side of the bed). King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had good space and had been updated. We reserved the room to simply sleep in a pet friendly hotel while we were busy during the day with resident family, so all was fine for what we paid for the room. The staff was very accommodating and the continental breakfast was good.

The front desk guy is nice. I had a better stay this time though the guest room they assigned me to was dirty. I went back to the room I was familiar with and it was better. I just wish this place didn’t put towels on the toilet and had proper hooks in the bathroom.

If false advertising had a face this would embody it perfectly. They claimed to clean the rooms daily, that was false. Cable tv? False. They also claimed to have ev charging stations - also false but more importantly we didn't even have running water meaning no toilet, no sink and no shower for a portion of the second day of our stay. They claimed to have been working on a toilet and turned the water off without telling us. Possibly because we didn't have a working phone in the room and they were to careless or lazy to walk to our room and let us know. I asked the woman in the office if she had a public bathroom I could use to even wash my hands and she said no that the water was turned off to the whole building. When I called Expedia to complain the employee lied and told them they have a bathroom available for us to use if we need it. If it were up to me I would have left when given the option by Expedia but unfortunately my mom was too exhausted to pack and move everything before our long drive home the next morning. This smoke free motel had men yelling laughing and smoking weed outside -right next door to us so we couldn't sleep and ended up checking out early before daylight. The entire exterior is a disaster with construction and hammering above you until dark. I genuinely suggest no one stay at this place unless you're truly desperate.

Friendly front desk. I booked this for the breakfast, but I started work earlier than it started so I wasn’t able to eat. The rooms sink was clogged, there was hair from people everywhere, which is gross, and nowhere to hang towels. The towels were also left on top of the toilet which I found disgusting.

I felt deceived. Room Images shown on Expedia were nowhere close. I chose this stay based on the fact that there was no carpet. This room had carpet, it was old, worn out, heavily stained and it smelled horrible (probably due to being pet friendly which I didn't know). Also, the corner shower was super small and the wet curtain kept rubbing on me. On the positive side the sheets were clean.

Diana at the front desk truly went above and beyond! She was incredibly helpful with any questions or issues I had. When we arrived, the fridge wasn’t cooling, and she quickly came to check it out. Not only did she address the problem right away, but she also suggested other solutions. Her customer service and problem-solving skills were excellent. Because of this level of service, I would definitely return.

My wife and I checked in about 1pm which was great because we had an important meeting to get ready for immediately when coming into town. We were placed in an upstairs room, and we let the woman at the front desk know we did have two dogs. One service and one not. Upon opening the door to the room, you can immediately smell that it’s a pet room and it STUNK. There were black stains all over the carpet in the room. The shower was a half a shower? Really weird. The bed sheets and comforter used had yellow stains all over, indicating that they use the same linens for pet rooms. I understand that we have pets, but that doesn’t mean to put us in an unsanitary room to save yourselves money of something? Our dogs are well trained and would never soil in a hotel room. We had to run to our meeting so we just put our belongings in the room and went. When coming back a few hrs later we called the front desk to let know these concerns. She immediately came over with a new comforter. Didn’t ask to take the old one back to even assess. When coming by the room, we let her know please come inside. You can smell how bad this room is and there’s not even a window you can open in the room to air it out. She then proceeded to let me know the next door we could transfer to that room, but it is a kitchenette and she will charge us more. WHAT?! Unacceptable. Worst stay ever. Phone wouldn’t work in room, no windows, unsanitary conditions. Rude employees. “Breakfast” is a sorry excuse. So bad
