We stayed for four nights, and during that time the sheets and towels were never changed. The shower was quite small—I’m 5'10" and found it uncomfortable. There was no body wash provided, and the shampoo bottle was nearly empty. Additionally, the bathroom window was partially open and couldn’t be fully closed, so we had to keep the bathroom door shut to maintain warmth in the bedroom.

Room was clean, great location just a 5-7 minute walk from the Heavenly gondola and shops. The staff was very responsive to requests. The free breakfast was perfect. Nice jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches. Cereal, begals, waffles. Super convenient. Would stay again
