It was great .very clean the only thing our room was lacking it needed a closet or a place to hang jackets & shirts. Bed & pillows where very comfortable

Our new go to hotel in Tahoe

I was incredibly concerned when we arrived at the hotel because it was clearly a renovation site but thankfully the room was really pretty and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the young woman at the check in ( and check out) was super sweet and friendly. Great experience over all. We will definitely return again.

My stay was for 3 nights. The staff was extra helpful. I asked for, and was assigned to, a downstairs room prior to my very late arrival. Room was very clean and comfortable. A couple things could have been done differently by the property. The heat in the room was off even tho the temperature was 20 degrees. The other thing was the lack of anywhere to hang clothing. Rool had no dresser closet or clothing rack. Overall great room and price was excellent.

Worst place ever! I realize this is an “EconoLodge” but the bathroom was terrible. The bathroom window was broken, there was mold on the baseboards around the shower and the light was just a bulb with exposed wiring. Towels were dirty, floor was tile, so it was freezing. Also, no heat in the bathroom. I’ve been trying to get a hold of a Manager for 2 weeks. No one will answer or call me back and the national office won’t do anything to help. Never again!

Comfortable, budget friendly spot

Dog friendly, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast and budget friendly. Convenient to all South lake activities. 5 min from California lodge at Heavenly.
