The property was excellent. We stayed in a beautiful and very well maintained suite. Location was a short walk from the center of Northstar village. Also Highland ski gondola was about a 5 minute walk away, even with ski boots on, it gave us fairly easy access to the slopes and the Ritz Carlton restaurant.

Very nice stay. The rooms might be a little bit dated but everything is very high quality. Check out at 10 might be rough but they were kind enough to let us use the amenities at the club. All in one a very good experience.

The Staff was amazing, great attitudes, willingness to help. The rooms were clean and were well appointed. However, the sheets felt like sandpaper and the shower heads seemed to be super low volume. Beds needed an extra blanket.

We had such a great stay at the Hyatt. We had 3 families going and the staff made sure our three rooms were as close as possible. The rooms were all well stocked with great quality kitchen cookware. Bring your own seasonings though! We loved walking to the village and highlands gondola for skiing. The ski valet was also so amazing & convenient, while underground parking is great when there's snow. Highly recommend for families who value being close to the slopes!
