The property was kept very clean. The the staffs were friendly. Unfortunately, the facilities is outdated and looks old. I chose this hotel because it included breakfast, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. We didn't end up having a chance to use them. The breadfast was a basic continental breakfast-nothing special, but no major complaints.

We were first floor balcony...while sitting on the balcony. Several groups of teenagers/young adults kept walking through the parking lot into a neighborhood on 1 occasion this group kicked a ball cutting through a neighbors yard and almost landed on out vehicle. The scenery was definitely not what we expected for the money we paid for "balcony view"

Adorable country charm

Excellent customer service. Popcorn in lobby and board games were great for family fun. We really loved our room with the rocking chairs on the patio. Was a perfect stop for visiting Amish country and enjoying shopping at the outlet malls.
