The couch had a stain but other than that the room was clean. Fast food and coffee spot rite outside of the hotel few other stores near by. So good location staff was nice.

Excellent stay

The location was great! right off the freeway. Plenty of parking and lobby was clean. Check in was fast because I was able to check in on my phone before arriving. They had the room key ready. Room was clean n although I paid for one king size bed I got a room with two beds which was even better so my son had his own bed to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was very good n saved us time from having to go somewhere else to eat.

I like the friendliness of the staff and the ease of check in. I was notva fan of the low toilet. Having a physical challenge, a raised toilet would have been helpful.

Terrible Check in with Front Desk

The man at the front desk was very odd and gave me a ridiculously hard time checking in. I paid for the room in advance and when I arrived to check in he made everything very difficult telling me it looked like I was trying to commit fraud and that he didn’t have to give me a room..when I asked him why there is a problem with my reservation he asked me if I have a lot of problems…After a 20 minute debacle of me trying to figure out how to get this man to let me have a room he gave me one without even looking at my ID..it was an extremely weird situation.
