Was not told about the pet fee. I even asked when I called 3 days ago to confirm and was told ‘yes, pet friendly.’ Didn’t appreciate the hidden fee. When told when we checked in, the response was’ please just tell me if you don’t want to stay.’ Disappointing from a Drury Inn.

Two attendants at the desk when I arrived. They were incredibly friendly, sweet, and courteous. The room was excellent. I'll be looking for Drury Inn & Suites everywhere I go.

Great Stay & Friendly Service

We were pleasantly surprised by the great amenities and service provided by Drury Inn. The breakfast was hot and had many options. The evening kickback and drinks were unexpected and a bonus. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Surprised hotel was rated 9.4 on hotels.com. Average at best. Blankets very light in cold room. No additional in room. Had heat on, but fan very loud. That plus freeway noise made for a rough night sleep. Bathroom had no amenities except for a bar of soap on the vanity. (Shower had soap, shampoo and conditioner). Faucets had soap/ scale around base. Sink VERY slow to drain, and toilet was almost impossible to flush. Told clerk on check out and response was “OK, got it.”. No thank you, sorry for inconvenience.
