Good overall, however with the housekeeping comes by every other day. Good but bad. For some reasons our room didnt have the do not disturb sign so we did t out anythingon our door. On our 2nd day, that we were there they were attempting to come into the room with out announcing House Keeping. We were still sleeping and it rudely interrupted our sleep it was earlylike 730 or 8am. Then while we were getting ready they came back a 2nd time unannounced again. It was quite upsetting. While one of us was undressing. This time it was like 10am but check out is 11am. Would recommend that they change that with the hotel, a kind knock and announcing House Keeping.

I book this hotel room. The hotel basic information displayed Dogs and cats allowed. However, When I checked in at the hotel, the front desk told me that they will charge a Pet fee because I have a cat. The problem is that the information of pet fee is in the second booking page. The first page only "shows Dogs and cats allowed", Not mentioning charge information. The information which related to the fee is very important, and the hotel should display it at an obvious place. It will be convenient for the guest. I apply to cancel this room reservation because room fee plus pet fee is over my budget. Please refund the room fee, pet fee, and deposit fee. Also, I did not stay at this hotel, and I did not open the room door.
