On the Frio River! Over 2 acres of private river frontage. Located less than 1 mile from the shops and restaurants in downtown Leakey. Fully equipped kitchen, sheets, and towels. Plenty of room whether enjoying the shade on the deck or soaking up the sun on the banks of the Frio. Located across the street from The Pecan Farm, making a short walk(or tube) over for a cold drink and a meal!
*** We are currently under drought conditions and our river is struggling. We are praying for rain so the river is flowing full and living its best life.

Garner State Park- 20 min
Advance reservations must be made at both state parks as guests are limited.

We had a great time at this property and absolutely loved the little house. The backyard set up was perfect for campfires and grilling, and the location was very convenient to get to Lost Maples and Garner state parks. The house had everything we could want and was very cozy inside. Definitely want to go back!

The home was very nice and clean! Was a little disappointed that water wasn’t closer to the house! We went to Garner State park and it was amazing ! I do appreciate the fact that the house was fully supplied with all we needed to cook with, linens/ towels provided etc! Don’t wanna have to pack up so much to travel for a couple days !
