Was thankful to the service desk hostess to be able to change our room from upstairs to a downstairs near the door because my mom is 97 y/o and would be difficult to climb the stairs. The room was clean. I prefer a firmer bed, however that is just a preference. My mom was pleased with the softer bed. The morning complimentary breakfast was great, only wish you would have had a half and half or a creamer without sweetener! Otherwise we were pleased with our stay, thank you!

We had a good four-day stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for my family, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The included breakfast was a definite plus for our budget, even if it wasn't a culinary highlight. It was great to have a simple, quick meal to start our mornings. On the first day, we noticed a strange smell in the room, but it seemed to fade after a while. We also noticed that the shower faucet was dripping, though we never reported it to the staff. Overall, our stay was good and provided great value for our trip.
