The hotel desk person was very nice & accommodating. The pillows were too big to sleep with. The upstairs noise of someone stamping their feet went all day into evening. We got no sleep. The pool was cold and there weren't any dressing room so you had to walk out in the cold to get to your room. There we no ice machines.

Staff was friendly, except when I checked out and said my stay was good ,except for the ants in my kitchen. The young lady Apologized,But there was a gentleman standing there and he didn’t say anything no apologies know anything. Don’t know if he was a manager or just another staff member.
