The staff was amazing, from check in to check out. Breakfast offered something for everyone including hot items and the usual continental items and the breakfast staff was friendly and kept the area very clean. Our suite, as well as the common areas were very clean and quiet.

This is a great, functional, place to stay if you are visiting Bates College. While it does overlook a Subaru dealership and an Olive Garden it is only 5 minutes from Bates and amidst every large discount store in the area, which was quite convenient for us. The staff is excellent. The only negative would be that they could use some more fresh fruit at the buffet other than the standard apples and bananas, and coffee is not strong. The suites are nice and I would stay there again for sure.

The kitchenette was a welcome surprise. The semi separate sitting area and the very comfortable bed made it a good choice, which we will repeat.

Everyone was so friendly, and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was excellent and it was a wonderful option to have the kitchen to heat up and cook as we pleased. Highly recommend the place.

Nice place! I really liked my suite. There was plenty of space, and the bed COMFY!!!! I couldn’t give it 5 stars because it was a bit loud. I heard slamming doors all night (it’s just how the doors close there), and the extremely loud HVAC system. There is constant whining noise all night. Most frustrating, I authorized my card to be charged for the price that Expedia plainly showed, but was charged more when I got to the hotel. I don’t recall being told anything about a deposit - nothing was mentioned - they just charged me about $50 more than what I expected to pay. I just find that crappy

I booked the stay for two nights. Has some travel difficulty and only stayed one night. I asked the front desk if I could get a copy of the stay that I only stayed one night. Staff checked me in when I wasn’t there. Now I cannot submit a travel claim because in their computer showed that I was checked in. Asked for a general manager, who, of course, wasn’t there asked the front desk for the general manager to contact me, which he never. Thought it was shady that staff checked me in when I wasn’t present until the next day.
