Only thing good about this stay was that Robust coffee. The greeting staff was a little put off because we interrupted their pre-Thanksgiving staff party. Then we didn’t get the welcome bag with treats as indicated. Next we did NOT get room service except every other day. Excuse me to have to ask/beg for clean towels is below your standards. The phone to contact front desk or outside never did work, reported the next day after signing in. The bathroom air vent and s filthy clogged with fluff and hairs. The bathroom ceiling is pocked with moisture in multi areas from potential water leaks or just the condensation. No one to take interest to report it to.

From check-in to check-out the staff was super friendly & courteous. The lady that checked us in was a great front line, 1st impression person. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels...absolutely no complaints. Breakfast had something for everyone & there was plenty of it. Again, the lady who was over-seeing the breakfast area was super pleasant. Great stay!
